Network-effects are a really unique aspect to the Freeway project. Any business that gets their network-effects right and pioneers them in a new industry or niche has huge first-mover advantage and defensibility. The first great network business in a niche is usually the only great network. You can see that in the biggest network effect businesses like Facebook for social connection, Google for information access, and Apple for app and media deployment. We are also unique in that the incumbents in asset management and trading all benefit from joining the Freeway Network just as much as competing with it. It is a lot easier to join than compete with given our technical progress and game-changing structures in our regulatory infrastructure which are very difficult to replicate in their own right. Once the network-effects take hold, value is generated in Freeway that cannot be replicated elsewhere, it is only available within the Freeway Network.
